SGG Executive 2-Storey Bungalow (Finishing Phase)
Corporate residential properties, especially those belonging to a major financial institution like SGG, demand a "Zero-Defect" finish. The challenge for this project was the exceptionally tight 2-month window. SadiPrince was brought in to supervise the final aesthetic and functional layer of the bungalow, ensuring that the workmanship met the high corporate standards of the bank while strictly adhering to a rapid completion schedule.

Our team oversaw the installation of doors, cabinetry, and bathroom fixtures, focusing on alignment, durability, and the premium look required for an executive bungalow.
Accelerated Project Management
To meet the 60-day deadline, we coordinated the various finishing trades (painters, tilers, and plumbers) to work in parallel, ensuring that one stage did not bottleneck the next.
