Kalpohini Low Cost is a rapidly developing residential and commercial area. The challenge for this project was to design a functional, 2-storey commercial building on a busy transit route (Fuo Road) that provides high visibility for shops while ensuring structural stability on a site with specific drainage requirements. As an active construction site, the primary challenge is maintaining strict quality control during the high-impact "finishing" phase to ensure the final product matches the luxury architectural intent.

We developed a modern, dual-level layout that maximizes the road-frontage for retail potential. The design includes wide corridors and optimized window placements to ensure the offices on the second floor receive ample natural light.
Our team successfully completed the foundation and the first-floor slab casting. We are currently at the 70% milestone, focusing on internal partitioning, electrical conduit layouts, and external plastering.
We maintain a rigorous on-site inspection schedule to supervise the masonry and plumbing installations. Our engineers are currently ensuring that all finishing materials meet the technical specifications established in the design phase.
