Multi-Use Commercial Development (Retail & Office Space)
The Aliu Mahama Stadium Road is a high-traffic, prime commercial zone. The challenge was to maximize the vertical footprint of the land with a 4-storey structure while ensuring easy customer accessibility for the ground-floor stores and maintaining a quiet, professional environment for the upper-floor offices. Additionally, the soil conditions in Tamale required a structural design that could support a heavy multi-storey load without risk of settlement.

Architectural Design
We designed a modern facade that balances large glass storefronts for visibility with sleek, professional lines for the office levels. The layout was optimized for natural ventilation to mitigate the Northern regional heat.
Engineering & Construction
Our team executed the structural build, utilizing reinforced concrete framing designed to international safety standards. We managed the casting of all four suspended slabs and the integration of central service cores (stairs and lift shafts).
Technical Supervision
As the lead consultants, we maintained a daily on-site presence to ensure material quality control (testing concrete strength and steel reinforcement) and strict adherence to the architectural blueprints.
